I authorize Coldmasters Temperature Control, Inc. to charge my VISA/MC/AMEX card for services rendered. A hold of up to $500.00 may be placed on my credit card should additional recommendations be authorized. I understand that Coldmasters Temperature Control, Inc. will charge the balance to my account as soon as possible. This could result in a credit if the service call is a warranty issue. A copy of the invoice as well as credit card receipt will be mailed upon completion.
